Based on your consultation, needs, aims and preferred pressure Selina will give you a tailor-made treatment blended from various therapeutic techniques such as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, and pressure points.
Swedish Massage in Godalming
VTCT Qualified
A deeply restorative full-body treatment designed to ease tension and calm the nervous system. Using flowing strokes, gentle kneading and steady rhythm, Swedish massage works across the whole body, improving circulation, softening muscles and encouraging deep relaxation. Indian Head Massage

A profoundly calming treatment focusing on the upper back, shoulders, neck, head and face. Using flowing massage and gentle acupressure techniques, this treatment helps to release accumulated tension, quieten a busy mind and restore a sense of clarity. Clients often leave feeling deeply relaxed, refreshed and clear-headed. Treatment is performed seated and partially clothed, with a small amount of oil applied to the neck and face.

Deep Tissue Massage
